Bugs & Stuff

Please comment here with any bugs or typos that you find and I will do my best to fix them :3

One that I know of is where the text does not match the voice line, and sadly, it appears to be unfixable, as even though I have remedied it within the engine, the bug still appears in the exported version somehow.

A lot of words that had the string 'her' in them have been misspelled; did you bulk-replace 'her' with 'him' at any point?
So far I've noticed 'bothim' and 'togethim', which respectively should have been 'bother' and 'together'.

It's been a loooong time since I made this game, but I reckon that's exactly what I must've done, haha. I can only apologise for that >.<

I remember back when I first switched from Tyranobuilder to Naninovel, this was one of the first projects I worked on using Visual Studio Code, and I had no idea what I was doing x3 I vaguely remember having some issues with replacing words in a script!

In the here and now, I have a much better idea of what I'm doing and would make sure to check for any errors like that both when making the changes and during testing, but that didn't happen back then for various reasons >.<

Cheers for checking out the project and letting me know!

If this were any other project of mine, I'd go fix it whenever I have the time and upload the fix, but because I totally despise this particular project and feel like it's a complete mess in general (I almost just deleted it from itch at one point cos I hate it so much x3), I don't really see much point in fixing it. There's so much wrong with it that it would be better if I remade it from scratch or just left it alone. Especially considering it gets almost no views and downloads. And that's probably for the best since it's far from an accurate representation of my games in general. I'm still ashamed of it to this day xD

Compared to all my other projects, this one (and the ELLA counterpart) is just bad >.< At the time of working on it, I had a lot going on, and so my heart just wasn't in the project. I didn't have the same amount of time or energy to dedicate to it as I usually would during game jams :( It pretty much turned out all wrong, haha. Sometimes I still wonder if I should just delete it in case it's the first of my games someone comes across and then they might assume they're all as bad as this one >.<

I do appreciate you taking the time to let me know though! Hope you're having a decent week so far :3

Hey there! Terribly sorry to bother you but I can't seem to get the game running on my Mac :< I'm on macOS Big Sur and whenever I try to launch the unzipped application, I get the notification that says that I do not have permission to open the file, despite me being the sole user of my device. Do you happen to know any remedies to this? I've really been looking forward to playing your game ;v;

Hey hey! No worries, it's not a bother at all :3 Unfortunately, getting any of my games to run on Mac seems to be pretty hit or miss >.< haha. I don't know what it is about them, but they seem to be quite tricky compared to windows. Thankfully, I've had some helpful advice and information over time from Mac users who have done various things and managed to get the games running :3 I meant to add the post to all of my games but forgot to link to it for this one.

If you check out this post, hopefully, something there will work for you :3

Good luck! I hope you enjoy it if it works :3 Have a great weekend!
