I have autism and also don't understand the meaning of a lot of emojis, so I can't really tell if you mean that in a good way or a bad way xD
Either way, it's not my fault, haha. If you meant it in a bad way, you can blame the original Japanese creators since all I've done is make an English localisation + dub, and turned it from just an audio drama CD into a visual novel x3
And if you meant it in a good way, I can't take much credit anyways since the story/scenarios/characters aren't mine. I can only claim credit for the English localisation and VNification of what is now a preeeeetty old Japanese CD series, haha.
I just figured it would be fun to casually localise it cos it was one of the very first pieces of yandere media that I encountered many years ago :3
The crazy thing is, the Japanese folks who made the Yandere Heaven CD series got some pretty notable VAs involved!
For example, Daisuke Hirakawa plays Takaaki in Vol 02 :3
I think there's even a freetalk/interview kinda bonus track with the VAs on each of the CDs, and he talked about how shocked he was at the nature of the character or something xD And how it was a fun challenge to play a character that went so crazy, haha.
I remember playing this game when it has only one volume and seeing that a second volume came to life was such a nice surprise haha The first one was nice, the cliché was making me laugh so much but yeah just a really normal yandere kinda story imo. Just though it was hilarious how they kept screaming at each other and our character was just standing there or playing dumb (until after you choose a side).
But the second vol got me SO interested ! i think it was so much better xD i can tell this was made 2 years after haha The art did a glow up as well ! the character's personality are also more interesting i feel, even the main character was funny (like "YEAH this is exactly what i would have think in this moment, that person is such a weirdo" LOL). I also like the storyline better (maybe because im too old now to enjoy highschool setting TT).
I love how one of them isnt playing the innocent part while the other is. I tried playing it as if i was really living it and choosing the character side based on what i would have really done with only the info our character had and to be honest i think we would have all fall into Takaaki's trap LOL he was acting all sweet and worried and switch to complete psycho after the choice LMFAO
Sakae was fun to play as well but since i got spoiled a bit from Takaaki's story i wasnt as shocked. maybe only the end part wasnt expected haha. His splash art tho (im a sucker for glasses guy so i was all for Takaaki but Sakae's art just grew on me, he looked way too good TT)
i have to give a shout out to the voice acting as well. its amazing (the bloopers are hilarious)
Anyway it was really fun thank you for this!
im rating it a 4/5 (only because the first vol i kinda wish the character we were playing had more normal reaction but tbh the second vol was a 5/5 in itself haha)
I'm glad you liked it enough to come back and play the 2nd volume :D
Especially considering the story in vol 01 is kinda boring in my honest opinion x3 As you say, it's kinda cliché! And I personally just don't really enjoy stories set in schools since school irl was a shit time for me, but also, similarly to what you said, I'm in my thirties now, so a school setting is not really relatable, haha.
I debated skipping localisation of vol 01 tbh, but in the end, I couldn't bring myself to skip it cos it seemed wrong to start out with a different volume. My brain demanded that I work on them in the correct order xD
I definitely prefer the setting and characters of volume 02 :3 The problem I have now is that I'm not a fan of the story/setting/characters from volume 03 because it's a step brother VS stepdad situation I think >.< I know some people will be into that sorta thing, but I'm not, so it will be a difficult one to localise and stay true to the original Japanese scenario on when it's another one like volume 01 that I don't actually like >.<
Anyways, I'm just glad that you had fun with volume 02 :D
Yeeeeah, Takaaki seems so genuinely sweet right up until the moment he's not, and then it's like, oh... shit... my life is fucked xD Whereas Sakae makes almost no attempt to hide his asshole nature, haha.
Glad you enjoyed the VA and bloopers too ^-^ The whole thing just wouldn't be the same without the VA, so I'm super grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such talented voice actors!
I NEVER KNEW ABOUT THESE CDs! Thank you for the game! I enjoyed vol2 very much (especially Takaaki's route hehe). I wish there was a game in which you had a bit more options and stuff, since I got pretty attached to the characters. Maybe you could make another game? hehe(I know this is just a translation; 5/5 btw) :D
They are preeeetty old to be fair x3 One of my very first introductions to what a yandere character is, haha.
Glad to hear you enjoyed vol 02! I much prefer it to the first CD cos school settings aren't really my cup of tea when it comes to stories >.< I had a terrible time at school, so I don't really wanna be transported back there, haha. Takaaki FTW :D
Weeeell, I don't think I'll ever make another game about these specific characters that has more choices in just cos I'm not really a fan of writing fan-fiction style stuff because it feels like I would be kind of doing a disservice to the original writers/creators cos I don't feel like I can do their characters justice x3 BUUUUT...
I do really enjoy writing stories with my own original characters, and I've released a number of games with my own stories and characters that have a lot more choices and endings for players if any of those interest you :3
And almost all of them have yandere characters in to romance :D
The ones that don't feature romance tend to still feature yandere characters xD It's just they are either friends, platonic relationships, or villains x3
Anyways, thanks so much for checking out this project, and I'm so glad you had fun ^-^
I was kinda thinking about this, I love how comparatively one of the LI is wayyyy more outwardly concerning than the other. Sakae is creepy and if you didn't know Takaaki was a yandere it would come as a shock later. Same with Kakeru and Atsushi. Kakeru is so outwordly concerningly clingy and by comparison Atsushi is a reasonably concerned friend who takes such a sudden turn.
That's a really good observation there! Now I'm trying to think if every single pair on each of the CDs was like that too x3 If so, I wonder why they chose to write the characters that way...
I kinda like it cos it's a bit like there's a hero and a villain for each scenario, but if you pick the 'hero', you wind up with a slap to the face saying, ahah!! They were both sneaky lil fuckers after all!!! x3
The link is to a different project of mine, but I put the same link on all my game pages cos, unfortunately, it seems like opening on Mac is a pain in the butt :( haha.
I don't own a Mac myself, so can't test anything >.< The guide is made up of info from folks with Macs who managed to get stuff working x3
The most common solution appears to be to always download itch games through the itch launcher and launch through that.
I think it's like a Mac security issue thing. The system tries to protect against unsigned software, but most indie games aren't signed or something. It's all too confusing for me to understand, haha.
No worries! That sucks though that nothing worked :( From the feedback I've had in the past, it seemed like most people said the method of downloading stuff and launching it through itch.io's own launcher seemed to do the trick if nothing else did.
I hope you at least have better luck with the Windows version! Sorry I wasn't able to be of more help :( Really appreciate your interest in the game though :3

I would honestly love to, but so far, I haven't been able to get any of my games on Steam for a few reasons >.<
The first is that Steam requires the dev to pay a fee of $100 per game that they want to have there, which is pretty steep when releasing games for free + I'm unemployed, so not ideal :(
And secondly, from the technical side of things, even if I had the money for all the Steam fees, I think you have to ensure the game meets certain technical specifications which I'm unsure I could succeed in.
Maybe if I followed a tutorial I would be okay, but programming isn't something I'm good at >.< I'm almost certain I would need some help with understanding everything that's required because, at the end of the day, I'm just 100% self-taught when it comes to all my game dev pursuits, haha.
So as much as I would love to have all of my stuff on Steam, it's just not really possible right now, sadly. Sorry about that :(
I love that game so much! Thank you for translating it sso we could play it's as novel. i hope you will finish it in future. Again thank you for your great work!
It's a fun lil side project to work on, and I certainly hope to localise more of the scenarios sometime in the future, but there might be one or two that I have to skip cos the content gets a bit dodgy in a couple of the original CDs from what I remember, haha.
Or if not dodgy, it might've been that there were certain fetishes involved that give me the ick or something like that, so I don't know if I'd have the willpower to localise them >.< I will try my best though!
This game is so good honestly , the voice acting was super too :3 my personal favorite was saeka , but I rlly like this game and I hope you'll come out with more chapters soon!!
But noooooo, Saeka is such a mean b*tch!!! x3 I would pick Tomomi any day, but I guess part of the fun is picking a side, and everyone will have a different opinion on which LI should win, hehe.
Being completely honest, I probably won't be working on the next scenario for this any time soon, but I definitely plan to localise more at some point! :3
amazing game, ive been searching for the bgm online for about 2 hours now and havent found anything, ive even gone as far as to scrounge around in looperman in hopes of finding the looped version of the bgm, but alas, to no avail. great game, a diamond in the ruff, showed it to some friends and they agreed
Thanks so much for playing, and I'm so glad you had fun with it :3
I'm so sorry it's taken me this long to respond >.< I've been going through a rough patch recently and haven't been online much as a result. To answer your question though, unfortunately, the music from this particular project isn't uploaded anywhere.
For a while now, I've been making full original soundtracks for most of my projects, but because this one is different in that it's a fandub rather than my own original story/s, I was a little lazy and decided not to bother making most tracks for it >.<
I also kinda struggle in general with making music that is more lighthearted/casual/comedic in tone, and since I own a whole bunch of music assets purchased from various places, I figured I might as well put some of those to good use since they're well-suited to the project :3
The problem there is that anything which originates from a BGM asset pack can't be uploaded by me outside of the game because the terms of use state that the tracks can only be used within a project. That applies to like 99% of the tracks in Yandere Heaven.
There are the odd few that I clumsily put together using some samples from Looperman, but yeah, you'd struggle to find the samples just by searching the Looperman site cos I think most of em were pretty old. I also used some in combination, so even if you found one of the loops I used from there, it still wouldn't sound exactly the same as the final track/s in the game due to the edits I made >.<
If there's a particular track that you're after, I can attempt to point you in the direction of the place I purchased it from :3 Or if it's one of the lil jingles I made for endings using Looperman samples, I can probably just send that over to you if you want!
I just wouldn't be comfortable uploading the ending jingles anywhere as individual tracks simply because it feels wrong to claim to have created X track myself when all I've done for it is combine a couple of samples that other people made without a whole lot of editing on my end x3
Anyways, sorry for the super long explanation there >.< I'm really glad you enjoyed what there is of the game so far ^-^
That's so cool! :D I'm glad you were able to do that :3
I've never been taught how to read or write music properly, so I started out on keyboard and guitar just trying to play parts of stuff I liked by ear, haha. Even now, sometimes I will hum a tune that's in my head, but I don't actually know what the notes are, so I record myself humming before I forget the tune, then listen to it back and make a basic midi of it x3
I absolutely love how campy and silly this is. The aesthetic and music choice are just perfect! This brought me all the way back to my wattpad days- I had forgotten how much fun it is to just enjoy goofy stories for what they are.
There were only like two entire scenes where I didn't want to reach through the screen and slap Sakae. And I absolutely died laughing at the end when Takaaki, after presumably having the mc around him for the bulk of his working hours so far, does a 180 and decides "you know what would be a great idea? seeing my favorite person for a grand total of 30-45 minutes a day between food, sleep and my twelve hour shifts :D". (Nothing against Takaaki, I adore him and he lives rent free in my head.)
Sorry for the rambly comment, I just wanted to say thank you for creating this fandub, I really enjoyed plaything through your game!
Honestly, I'm so glad that you can appreciate it for the campy and goofy silliness that it is xD Because I get so much negative feedback from folks who have taken it all a bit too seriously >.< haha. It's such a relief when someone actually gets it!
Oh, boy, the wattpad days x3 Now there's something I haven't thought about in a looooong time! I never got around to writing all that much there, but I do remember reading the odd piece here and there when the mood struck :D
To be fair, Sakae is extremely slappable and I will make no effort to pretend otherwise x3 Takaaki will always be the winner of that particular scenario in my eyes, haha.
Absolutely no need to apologise for rambling anyhow! I can't help but ramble myself when I start typing stuff, haha. I'm sorry it's taken me so long to actually reply! I've been out of action lately while going through a bad patch, but I did read your comment around the time you posted it, and it put a big ol' smile on my face, so thank YOU for taking the time to write up what you did :3
And also, just thank you in general for checking out my attempt at bringing such a silly series to life in a different format, haha.
It's a good job I wasn't the one who wrote the story then xD It was written by a team of Japanese people many years ago, haha.
I just got a friend to help me translate it, then I turned her rough translation into more fluent English x3 Then added the art, VA, and music/SFX, did all the coding, and voila, an old Japanese CD is now an English game :D
I would have to agree that the story is meh actually, haha. But they were fun lil CDs to listen to when I first discovered yandere content years ago cos there wasn't much else around back then tbh!
Funnily enough, volume 02 actually has the more interesting story of the 2 volumes currently translated x3 Vol 01 is super boring to me cos I'm not a fan of stories set in schools!
School/student life was crap for me in reality, so it's not exactly something I want to revisit in games xD
Even still, vol 02's story isn't particularly amazing x3 To be fair though, the original Japanese writers weren't trying to create the world's best narrative, they were just creating some random goofy yandere scenarios for girls to listen to, haha.
Like I said, it's a localisation of a CD. There aren't choices in a CD.
In the CD, the only choice is choosing which track to play last on the album and that = the person you end up trapped with.
All my other games have plenty of choices cos they're original stories :3
But this one is literally just supposed to be a way of making some old Japanese drama CDs accessible to a wider audience.
I literally made this as a fun side project >.<
(though tbh, it's not so fun anymore because I'm kind of tired of having to explain that it's just a fan project since it seems most people don't read that on the page before downloading, then moan at me for it even though I wrote it clearly T_T)
I thought the only people who would even find it and play it would be people who maybe listened to the original Japanese CDs >.<
I never expected it to end up being one of my projects that seems to get the most views/downloads.
And tbh, I do find that quite frustrating because it's not exactly representative of my other stuff, haha.
I guess people must find it cos of it having the word yandere in the title... but I only named it the same name as the CD series >.<
I just kinda wish I hadn't made this tbh cos even though lots of people have enjoyed it, I also get a lot of shit for it even though all I've done is turn a pre-existing Japanese thing into an English thing.
It worries me that people might come across this project of mine first, then avoid the rest of my projects because they think this one is meh. And they likely don't even realise this one is just a silly fan project :(
Like, in this, they're not my characters, not my story. I just took the Japanese script, turned it into English, added some cute art, some music & SFX, voice acting etc. But the characters and story are exactly as they are in the Japanese CDs.
I didn't wanna mess with that because this isn't fan fiction. It's a fan localisation. I just wanted to stay true to the original content.
But all my other games have my own stories and characters, plenty of choices and story branches, plenty of endings, and most of them have original soundtracks made by me as well x3
So yeah, bottom line is... this is a fan localisation. It's not meant to be anything more than that, and it's not representative of my other projects.
I totally get what you’re saying about it not really being a game, but that’s kind of a debate that’s been raging for years when it comes to certain types of visual novels x3
I dunno if you’ve ever played any or heard of them, but there is a type of VN called kinetic visual novels. They’re still technically games since devs coded and created them, but they have no choices whatsoever, literally none, and so no branching paths either.
They tend not to have any minigames, or even the option to enter a player character’s name. The only interaction players have is clicking to proceed with the story. They’re still marketed and sold as games though, it’s just they’re not interactive and don’t have actual gameplay, haha. I know, it’s a weird one x3
The thing is though, I think VNs with choices and branching narratives are much more popular than kinetic VNs these days, and so a lot of people who play VNs aren’t even aware that kinetic VNs are a thing, so when they play a VN, they’re expecting choices etc. by default.
That’s why I tried to be clear on the page that there is only 1 choice per scenario, cos I didn’t want folks to go in expecting something else and wind up disappointed >.< Though, I did write that waaay at the bottom of the page, so I’ve now added it under the features section too in case that’s of any help to someone checking out the page in the future, haha.
As a gamer, I also struggle to view kinetic VNs as true games, but as a dev, when I know how much work has gone into coding something even if it doesn’t have choices, I’m also more inclined to still see those sorts of things as games. They’re just a really niche type of game, haha.
I don’t know if there’s any truth to it, but I remember reading that in Japan, it’s extremely frowned upon for streamers to stream the entirety of a kinetic VN since they don’t have choices and it might impact a game’s sales if potential players just watched a stream knowing that they will see 100% of the content cos there are no choices.
Anyways, I dunno if you saw my notices about this project before playing it (not blaming you at all if you didn’t cos I know many people don’t read game pages these days), but there’s a solid reason for this particular project not having choices :3
Basically, it’s an English fandub of a Japanese drama CD series. So unlike my other projects where the stories and characters are original concepts, this is literally just me localising some CDs and giving them visuals.
I didn’t want to mess with the original story of the CDs since it’s not my story and not my characters, so I only presented the 1 choice that appears in the CDs :3 Of course, with those, it’s just audio so you can’t click anything, but what happens is the track ends on the choice, then the listener just chooses which of 2 tracks to play next to get the love interest/ending that they want for that scenario.
I could have added extra choices, but that just wasn’t my intention with this project, especially when it’s originally in Japanese. I just wanted to share some random CDs that initially got me into yandere stuff with a wider audience :3
The original Japanese CDs were aimed solely at straight women. Making a fandub VN like this made it possible for me to not only open up the shenanigans to non-Japanese speakers but also allowed me to do things that aren’t possible with an audio CD, such as giving players a choice of pronouns or choosing the gender of the love interests they want to pursue :D
I did think about making an audio-only fandub, but in the end, I chose to go the VN route because I thought it would be more fun with some visuals + I kinda always envisioned the CD scenes in my head in a certain way, and I figured it would be amusing to try and pull those images from my mind and put em on a screen xD
Anyways, that was a long ramble, I’m sorry >.< I’m glad that you enjoyed the story and the art anyhow :3 Cheers again for checking it out!
I still think it should be labeled a novel and not a game if it reads like one. At the very least make a warning for it on the page so the reader knows what they sign up for.
I've bumped into those novels that pretend to be games before, and it pisses me off every time. Doubly so if I actually have paid for it --so I'm never buying visual novels that doesn't have choices right in the demo anymore. Ideally choices with impact. It's not worth it.
I think the problem could be sold if it was clearly marked that there is no choices in the game. Or no choices that impact the game. And that there is only one ending. (I'd say the same for puzzles and minigames inside a visual novel. Because it's so unexpected. Some like them, some don't.)
That way people who like it can get it, and those who don't like it won't be disappointed and angry over it.
And I guess I must have missed that warning on your page somehow. lol But at least if you had one, that's one me I guess. Should have read it better.
And yeah... I've only tried to create a Choice of Game style game before, but I've found that the trick with it is to add a balanced amount of 'false choices' and real impactful choices, and then use a loop to stitch things up in a simple way.
Like... check out the game on itch... Perfect Love. (It's on list of games I like on my page.) That game have relatively few branches, and reuse the majority of their scenes, but somehow manage to make the game feel very different at each play-trough, and have like 6 or 8 different endings. All without a single false choice.
Done right you can cut down on the work while still giving the reader a feeling of a choice, and give them more ending options. (Which is nice, because people root for different things to happen in the end. One person's happy ending isn't always the happy end of another person. Same with bad ends.)
But I'll admit I WAS pretty tired when I downloaded this game, so I probably skimped out on a lot of details. And I see your reason for the lack of choices, even if I'm not a fan of the mentioned lack.
Try put warnings under a big "WARNING" sign. People read this cuz some have phobias, some use the warning section to check how cool the game will be (blood, gore, sex and whatnot). Although your game doesn't have much of that, but it does have a yandere. Which will attract more than it repels I think. And I personally think that a lack of choices should be a warning.
And important info in bullet-points. If you have a thing like that with the info of how many words, how many endings, puzzle or mini-games, and so on, it's more likely to get read.
People tend to skip to what looks like a easy summary.
It's nice to see a creator who's interesting in improving their game and game-page tho. ^_^
Even that would annoy others though because if they're expecting just a novel, they may be annoyed that it appears more like a game when it has visuals, a soundtrack, and voice acting >.<
I feel like it is about as clearly marked on the page as I could make it at this point though cos it's literally under the ‘Features’ section in a bullet point, which I'd like to hope a majority browsing the page would read :3 It looks like this:
Then again, it seems a significant number of people who have played don't even realise it's a fandub of a drama CD series, and that's practically the first thing on the page, so maybe there is just no hope of most people reading the notice >.<
---
I used to love the Choice of Games stuff :D And before that, I used to read the old Fighting Fantasy choose-your-own-adventure books :3
I know what you mean anyhow cos in most of my other games, I do tend to use that method of having some choices that are just there for fluff or a sprinkling of lore but don't have any real impact + other choices that either have an immediate impact on a story branch or a cumulative one that's only revealed later on in the story :D
---
I would check out Perfect Love, but honestly, my VN backlog is a mountain at this point T_T I have over 100 itch games I want to play but haven't managed to yet, haha. Many of which are yandere games x3 The problem is, gaming is awkward for me nowadays cos my setup isn't ideal, and I feel ridiculously guilty when I try to take a break from game dev to actually play games :(
---
But yeah, I do have bullet points under headers for both features and warnings on most of my game pages, the problem is, a lot of the time, people don't tend to read much of the page before playing >.<
I asked my brother at one point what he's like as a player and also his friends. He said he personally reads all the page details and follows different devs, but he said he's the exception in his friend circle x3 He said his friends tend to only look at YouTube playthroughs, screenshots, or trailers, then download or buy based on that without reading any of the description text at all.
He also said his friends don't follow devs. They get their recommendations purely from YouTubers, so even if they love a game by a certain dev, they have no idea if that dev has released other projects they might like because they don't play stuff unless it's recommended by the YouTubers they follow >.< That seems like insanity to me, but I guess it must be fairly normal if that's how all of his friends find their games!
---
PS. Apologies in advance for the incoming spam! I'm about to reply to all your comments at once x3
I know I'm weird, but I have trouble switching tasks, so when it comes to responding to comments or replying to things in general, I struggle to just reply to 1 thing, and then go back to another task. So instead, I give myself an entire day of the week dedicated to replying to things, haha. And when it comes to replying to your comments, I've kind of written a LOT >.<
So yeah, sorry about that x3
Please don't feel like you even have to read all of it if you don't want to, let alone respond to it, haha.
Hi!I played both volumes,I really enjoyed it.And I wanted to leave some of my thoughts.Well,I want to say that this was purely insane,I mean the plot and the characters which is understandable and honestly expected, when I say that I mean no offense to the author of the game who did a great job by creating such an amazing game that I enjoyed playing.I just have some love/hate relationship with the characters because I don't really like all this red flag guys, but I still decide giving a go with this game knowing that the characters are 'yandere'.I still must say that I LOVE THE GAME AND ENJOYED PLAYING IT!I hope there will be more volumes to play and update.I will be waiting.
Hey! Thanks so much for playing :3 I’m glad you ended up having fun with it :D
Yeeeeah, I find I mainly just want to slap all of the characters for being so outrageous xD
I’m not sure when I will be working on the next volume because I’m trying to finish a different project at the moment (this one x3), but I’ll hopefully get around to completing more volumes someday :3
You’ll be fiiiiine x3 At least I hope so, haha. It’s just a goofy game really :3 Definitely not something to take too seriously anyways. And also definitely not everyone’s cup of tea xD
ty for adapting this in a way that english-speaking audiences can interact with..! i dont know japanese outside of a few words so the only way i can listen to the og tracks is via subtitled uploads on youtube lol- if you ever do the other ones ill be looking forward to them..!

Will the game be in Spanish?
so far all the yandere stories that exist the one that makes me shiver the most. Like, mentally 🤏😔

It seems pretty tame and outdated now, but it will always hold a special place in my heart for being my introduction to yanderes, haha. In a small way, it inspired me to create many of my own original yandere characters and stories across various projects :D

Thank YOU for playing it :3
I NEVER KNEW ABOUT THESE CDs!
I do really enjoy writing stories with my own original characters, and I've released a number of games with my own stories and characters that have a lot more choices and endings for players if any of those interest you :3
You can find all of them on my main page here on itch: https://melancholy-marionette.itch.io/
And almost all of them have yandere characters in to romance :D
The ones that don't feature romance tend to still feature yandere characters xD It's just they are either friends, platonic relationships, or villains x3
Anyways, thanks so much for checking out this project, and I'm so glad you had fun ^-^
Tysm for replying, you're very sweet :( wishing you the absolute best!! I'll check out your other games 100% :D
They were both sneaky lil fuckers after all!!! x3
I'm trying to open it, but it won't let me :( Im using a mac btw
me too TvT
Sorry to copy/paste from the other reply, but I don't know if me replying to the original comment would send you a notification or not x3
Have you tried anything from this post yet?
https://melancholy-marionette.itch.io/darling-duality-winter-wish/devlog/227880/...
I hope something from the list helps at least :3
Thank you!
I've tried several methods......and none of them worked. QAQ I'll try the windows version.
The game is amazing!

Could you make this a demo on Steam, please?
Sorry about that :(
Gosh! I didn't know about any of this! Thank you so much for answering! ❤️❤️❤️
All the best to you! ❤️
I love that game so much! Thank you for translating it sso we could play it's as novel. i hope you will finish it in future. Again thank you for your great work!
Thank YOU for playing :3
It's a fun lil side project to work on, and I certainly hope to localise more of the scenarios sometime in the future, but there might be one or two that I have to skip cos the content gets a bit dodgy in a couple of the original CDs from what I remember, haha.
Or if not dodgy, it might've been that there were certain fetishes involved that give me the ick or something like that, so I don't know if I'd have the willpower to localise them >.< I will try my best though!
Woo!! One more for team Takaaki :D I'd pick him every time over Sakae x3
Thanks so much for playing <3
This game is so good honestly , the voice acting was super too :3 my personal favorite was saeka , but I rlly like this game and I hope you'll come out with more chapters soon!!
I'm so glad you had fun with this one too :D
I learned to play the track by ear on piano(it was a piano solo) and managed off that though so it's fine. Thanks for replying!
I've been out of action lately while going through a bad patch, but I did read your comment around the time you posted it, and it put a big ol' smile on my face, so thank YOU for taking the time to write up what you did :3
And also, just thank you in general for checking out my attempt at bringing such a silly series to life in a different format, haha.
art and voice acting is good
story is meh tbh
It's a good job I wasn't the one who wrote the story then xD It was written by a team of Japanese people many years ago, haha.
I just got a friend to help me translate it, then I turned her rough translation into more fluent English x3 Then added the art, VA, and music/SFX, did all the coding, and voila, an old Japanese CD is now an English game :D
I would have to agree that the story is meh actually, haha. But they were fun lil CDs to listen to when I first discovered yandere content years ago cos there wasn't much else around back then tbh!
i skipped volume 2 entirely cuz got too bored tbh

and i were "playing" with discord gc in volume 1
Funnily enough, volume 02 actually has the more interesting story of the 2 volumes currently translated x3 Vol 01 is super boring to me cos I'm not a fan of stories set in schools!
School/student life was crap for me in reality, so it's not exactly something I want to revisit in games xD
Even still, vol 02's story isn't particularly amazing x3 To be fair though, the original Japanese writers weren't trying to create the world's best narrative, they were just creating some random goofy yandere scenarios for girls to listen to, haha.
There's not enough choice btw
There's not supposed to be x3
The story seems pretty good, and the art is very good.
But there is exactly ONE choice in the whole game.... and it's not a real choice, just a choice between characters.
So for a novel, it's a good story.
For a game it kinda fail to be a game. At all.
Cheers for checking this one out! :3
And I guess I must have missed that warning on your page somehow. lol
But at least if you had one, that's one me I guess.
(It's on list of games I like on my page.)
That game have relatively few branches, and reuse the majority of their scenes, but somehow manage to make the game feel very different at each play-trough, and have like 6 or 8 different endings.
Thanks again for checking it out <3
ok ima test this game out because uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
becaus why not? idk
wish my mental health good luck ig
You’ll be fiiiiine x3 At least I hope so, haha. It’s just a goofy game really :3 Definitely not something to take too seriously anyways. And also definitely not everyone’s cup of tea xD
Guys i NEED Sakae and Atsushi
But they are both eeeeeeviiiiiil x3 They’ll kidnap you and never let you go!!! Then I’ll have to call the police x3
ty for adapting this in a way that english-speaking audiences can interact with..! i dont know japanese outside of a few words so the only way i can listen to the og tracks is via subtitled uploads on youtube lol- if you ever do the other ones ill be looking forward to them..!
It was a lot of fun to try and do :D Thanks so much for checking it out! :3
