As it says in the title of this devlog, thanks to all you wonderful people who have donated to support the project across itch, Patreon, and ko-fi, the funding goal for fully voicing the next episode has now been met! I cannot thank all of you enough for the amazing support you've shown for the project :3 It means the world to me and I really hope you'll enjoy what I'm able to create with the help of your support!

I'm going to update the funding counter on ko-fi to show the progress of voice acting funding for the next episode so that anyone who wants to see where it's at with donations can still track progress.

I'm still currently working on getting the BxG version of Apartment No.9 (updates about that on Twitter since it doesn't have an itch page yet) released by the end of August (though, hopefully before) as part of sunofes jam, but I should have a little bit of time to get some writing done for DD during August as well. Just so you know though, I will be pausing DD's development during September in order to try and create a free game for the Spooktober VN jam which runs throughout September. Once that's over and October begins, I will be attempting to go full steam ahead with the next episode of DD!

As of right now, I'm unsure whether to run a poll on which character's intro episode should be released next so that I know where to focus writing, or whether to just go with something that would better show the sorts of things in store for the full game while also providing additional content for Castor & Castoria. Feel free to let me know your thoughts on that in the comments if you have a strong preference :3
